renee, you have NO idea how much i like this post. i can’t even begin to tell you how many times i’ve found myself at “the bottom.” what worked for me was talking to people. to.. my best friend, my boyfriend, my boyfriend’s girlfriend, my co-workers, my dogs. anyone that would listen. by talking you might catch yourself on a thought that you’d never thought you thought (hah).
